Our organic gingerbread mix is ​​handcrafted on our premises.     We selected the spices that make up this mixture from small farmer cooperatives, and as part of a fair trade process.     From organic farming (ECOCERT certification).     Its taste is perfectly balanced, and will allow you to make gingerbread, but also speculoos, to flavor black tea or to prepare mulled wine.
