Our organic Zaatar mixture is handcrafted on our premises.     It is through a fair process that we have selected the spices and aromatic herbs that make it up from small farmer cooperatives.     The essential ingredient for the preparation of Lebanese pancakes, it is an essential in oriental cuisine. As with ras el hanout, its mixture and recipe can vary from one house to another.     It will easily replace vinegar thanks to the sumac.The lightly roasted sesame will bring a little nutty taste.
