Our organic strong curry paste will give all your dishes an authentic Indian taste. Its composition is inspired by traditional recipes from Tamil Nadu, in southern India, gleaned during numerous travels. It combines several spices with a dominant of coriander, ginger, pepper and chilli which gives it its typical taste. Rather spicy, it is aimed at lovers of spicy sensations without however masking the taste of the other ingredients, as often happens in India... Very easy to use, designed to make cooking easier for you, it will allow you to make delicious Indian recipes in a minimum of time: vegetable curry, curry sauces for meat and fish, dahl of red lentils or chickpeas, marinades... You just need to add it to your dishes at the rate of one to two teaspoons per person. This 100% vegetable recipe is perfect for a vegetarian or vegan diet. Certified organic farming and under mention Nature & Progrès, it is prepared by hand in our premises in Serralongue in the Pyrénées Orientales. Ingredients : Onions, Sunflower oil, fresh ginger, Coriander, Salt of Guerande, Lemon juice, Turmeric, Garlic, Mustard seeds, Cumin, Fenugreek, Pepper, Cinnamon, Pepper, Clove.
