Our Forest Rice is made from superior basmati rice and a selection of the best spices and aromatic herbs. Its manufacture is done by hand in our premises in Baixas. As with all of our blends, this rice is made with a unique recipe. It is not composed of salt so you have the choice of having only rice and the flavor of spices and mushrooms, do not forget to salt your cooking water if you like a salty version. Composition: Semi-complete superior basmati rice (76%), coral lentils, chanterelles, trumpets, cumin, long pepper, rosemary. Our Forest Rice can be enjoyed on its own or as an accompaniment to your dishes. The subtle blend of mushrooms that compose it gives it a scent of undergrowth, which will bring originality to your table. Packaging: 250g, 5kg
