100% Iberian Bellota shoulder, hand-cut, vacuum-packed in an easy-to-open 50g bag. Personally selected by our master butchers, the Iberian pigs are raised freely in our native Guijuelo. Each 100% Iberian shoulder is then cured in our cellars for at least 26 months, depending on its weight.
