Île Four Sparkling is a sparkling, hand-brewed premium sake. The starting product is a slightly unfiltered Junmai Sake, which undergoes a second fermentation directly in the bottle (bottle fermentation or 'méthode traditionnelle' - natural generation of carbon dioxide without additives!). The result is a finely sparkling drink with a long-lasting perlage and a slightly sweet taste. Simply brilliant in combination with Île Four Momo (peach) as Sake Bellini!
