The pistachio Sik or "nougat péyi" is a nougat of roasted and caramelized peanuts. "Pistachios" is used here to designate peanuts, they are delicious peanuts roasted and caramelized in cane sugar. We have half coated it with 28% white chocolate, which makes our semi-white chocolate peanut nougat an irresistible chocolate confectionery.
