Hibiscus juice made from flowers grown in Burkina Faso or Senegal, mint leaves, and just the right amount of cane sugar. All ingredients are organic. INAKAKOURA Hibiscus juice is a thirst-quenching and refreshing drink with a slightly tangy taste reminiscent of cranberries. Ready to drink, neat or in a cocktail, chilled or hot and at any time of the day: - Advantageously replaces morning orange juice, - Goes well with still or sparkling water, or with alcohols such as vodka, dry or sweet rosé wine, lambrusco, etc... - As a hot drink to replace the evening infusion or as a grog. Ingredients: water, organic and Fairtrade hibiscus from Burkina-Faso or Senegal, organic mint, organic and Fairtrade cane sugar. Hibiscus flowers have been known since ancient times and traditionally cultivated in Egypt. Hibiscus Sabdariffa, also called Guinea sorrel, produces red flowers which are the main ingredient of a West African drink called bissap. Bissap is renowned for its toning properties. It contains specific antioxidant compounds: anthocyanins, as well as polyphenols and vitamin C. It is a drink with hypotensive, digestive and diuretic properties. Never opened, keeps for years. Once opened, keep for 5 days in the refrigerator.
