For this recipe, we roast our green beans at a temperature of 224°C. This is our Espresso version, which will offer a slight bitterness. The result is a delicately perfumed coffee that leaves your palate with unexpected notes such as cocoa and orange. Our selection of green coffee beans, noted to be classified as Specialty Coffee, is made to offer you a gentle experience, conducive to well-being. This selection of grains has been recognized by 4 French awards, credited by the Association for the Promotion of Agricultural Products (A.V.P.A), in 2022.
