The L-Sealer is a versatile bag closing system that can close even the thickest of the bags with a slot of 12 mm! Sealing paper bags is also a breeze with this unique system. The L-Sealer is available in Bordeaux red that adds a timeless pop of color to your counter. This is the choice that will make your sealing process fast, smooth and with no fear of running out of Refill. This Large bag closing machine has a closed housing which makes it not only sturdy and resistant to frost, heat and humidity, but also ensures cleanliness and hygiene for every closure you make. The Sealer has inside: the tape and the paper Refill , the spoke wheel, the break and the knife holder. It comes to you already filled with one set of Refill (1 roll of tape and 1 roll of paper). The transparent lid gives you a quick view of the status of the Refill, so you know when it is time to change it. The maintenance of the Sealer is easy. You can wash it by hand with a wipe or with water, but you can also put it in the dishwasher with no worries of rust! With this combination, you will receive 84 Refill Sets (84 rolls of tape and 84 rolls of paper), where each set seals approximately 700 bags. That’s over 58.000 bags sealed with ease. Refill is available in both Multicolor and Unicolor options: - Multicolor There are 84 rolls of tape and 84 rolls of paper in 7 different colors (HACCP). This choice helps to have the FIFO under control, let you organize your stock as you prefer with a color-coded system. - Unicolor Choosing one of the 7 colors available (Black, Brown, Blue, Green, Orange, Red, Yellow) gives you the possibility to have a color that will make your corporate identity even stronger. Every Innoseal closure is the amazing result of the combination of tape (PVC-free) and paper. This unique seal prides my qualities: it is tamper evident, the paper shows any attempt to open the bag with a rip in it; it also has the instructions “Twist and Pull” printed on it to make the opening the bag a piece of cake and forget about knives or scissors. The same closure can be used to seal the bag again; in fact the seal is also reusable. The tape is PVC-free, and so less harmful for the environment and for human health. In addition to this, the tape is food grade and safe if it is in contact with food. There are no risks of choking in case of swallowing the seal. Additional Information How to refill a Innoseal Sealer? 1. Open the Sealer. Position one hand on the top of the Sealer and place fingertips under the lid. Lift up and pull forward. 2. Change the Tape Roll. Load the Tape with the sticky side up. Thread the Tape through the opening above the Spoke Wheel, and temporarily stick the Tape to the top of the casing. a. Caution! The Tape can only be loaded one way, so if the lid does not close, the tape roll must be removed and reversed. 3. Change the Paper Roll. To load the Paper, assist the end of the Paper roll into one of the Spoke Wheel ports (via the passageway). To make sure it fits in the Spoke Wheel port, turn the Spoke Wheel a half-a-click. 4. Turn the Spoke Wheel. Before you can use the Sealer, turn the Wheel until you hear a full click (counter clockwise). The Wheel now has grip on the Paper. a. Caution! The first seal (and sometimes the second) will be lost as the tape & paper adjust their alignment, if you do not have a Paper &Tape seal by the third attempt, retrace the above steps 5. Seal on! How to wash the Sealer? The Bag Closing System can be easily cleaned by hand with a saturated wipe or water. It can also be washed in the dishwasher worry-free. Always remove the tape and the paper cores, the spoke wheel, the break and the knife holder from the Sealer. Please note: The color swatch is merely an estimation of the Refill color.
