A baker’s best friend. The Small Round set provides you with a state-of-the-art L-Sealer that can close the thickest materials you can have for bags thanks to its slot of 12mm! No more troubles with paper, mesh and thick plastic bags with this unique system. The L-Sealer is available in Bordeaux red to catch the eye in your counter with its unique color. Sealer is made of the tape and the paper recharges, the spoke wheel, the break and the knife holder. It is already filled with 1 Refill set, that is 1 roll of tape (NO-PVC) and 1 roll of paper. It has a clear lid, so you can see if you need to refill it. It open effortlessly and it can be refilled quickly. The completely closed housing allows the Sealer to be impact resistant and to be placed in hot, cold or humid environments. The bag closing machine is also anti-rust, so it can be wash by hand or in the dishwasher. A part from being filled in advance with 1 set of Refill, you will have a small box of 28 Refill Sets (28 tape rolls and 28 paper rolls) available in Unicolor. This means one of the colors available (Black, Brown, Blue, Green, Orange, Red, Yellow) will become part of your corporate identity to make it even stronger. Each set seals approximately 700 bags. That’s over 19.000 bags sealed with ease. The ingenious Innoseal closure combines tape (PVC-free) and paper for unique results in terms of quality: it is tamper evident, if the paper has a tear in it, someone tried to open the bag before; you do not need knives or scissors to open your bags, just “Twist and Pull” as printed on the paper and you can enjoy the contents of the bag in a snap of a finger. Close and reclose the bag with the same seal. Innoseal chose to impact less on the planet and on human health by using alternative materials that make the tape PVC-free. The tape is also food grade and safe if it is in contact with food. There are no risks if the seal is swallowed by mistake, it does not damage internal organs. Additional Information How to refill a Innoseal Sealer? 1. Open the Sealer. Position one hand on the top of the Sealer and place fingertips under the lid. Lift up and pull forward. 2. Change the Tape Roll. Load the Tape with the sticky side up. Thread the Tape through the opening above the Spoke Wheel, and temporarily stick the Tape to the top of the casing. a. Caution! The Tape can only be loaded one way, so if the lid does not close, the tape roll must be removed and reversed. 3. Change the Paper Roll. To load the Paper, assist the end of the Paper roll into one of the Spoke Wheel ports (via the passageway). To make sure it fits in the Spoke Wheel port, turn the Spoke Wheel a half-a-click. 4. Turn the Spoke Wheel. Before you can use the Sealer, turn the Wheel until you hear a full click (counter clockwise). The Wheel now has grip on the Paper. a. Caution! The first seal (and sometimes the second) will be lost as the tape & paper adjust their alignment, if you do not have a Paper &Tape seal by the third attempt, retrace the above steps 5. Seal on! How to wash the Sealer? The Bag Closing System can be easily cleaned by hand with a saturated wipe or water. It can also be washed in the dishwasher worry-free. Always remove the tape and the paper cores, the spoke wheel, the break and the knife holder from the Sealer. Please note: The color swatch is merely an estimation of the Refill color.
