The RE-Sealer, made 100% of recycled materials, makes you seal and contribute to saving the environment; it also have a clear lid to better check when it is time to recharge the tape and paper rolls. It has inside: tape and the paper recharges, the spoke wheel, the break and the knife holder and it is loaded in advance with a set of Refill, that is 1 roll of tape and 1 roll of paper. The 6 mm slot of the machine closes more than 70% of the bags. The Sealer opens handily and it can be reloaded quickly. Moreover, the Sealer does not get rusty: you can use it in hot, cold and humid work spaces and it can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher safely. It is a lifetime durable bag closing machine with a big box of Refill sets that will never let you unprepared. Refill is available in both Multicolor (to accommodate HACCP) and Unicolor to fit your brand or style of your company. The colors available are 7: Black, Blue, Brown, Green, Orange, Red and Yellow. If you choose the multicolor option, you can easily organize your stock using a color-coded system, for example according to the days of the week, and you can also have under control the FIFO. The Unicolor option integrates with your business identity and makes your seals recognizable everywhere. 1 set of Refill is made of 1 roll of tape (NO-PVC) and 1 roll of paper. The combination designed by Innoseal makes the closure; air-sealed, easy-to-open and reusable. If there is a tear in the paper of the seal, it is clearly visible and this ensures you always the safest and tamper evident closures. The Refill available with this set consists of 84 sets of tape and paper (84 rolls of tape and 84 rolls of paper), where each set seals approximately 900 bags. That’s over 75.000 bags sealed with ease. Additional Information How to refill a Innoseal Sealer? 1. Open the Sealer. Position one hand on the top of the Sealer and place fingertips under the lid. Lift up and pull forward. 2. Change the Tape Roll. Load the Tape with the sticky side up. Thread the Tape through the opening above the Spoke Wheel, and temporarily stick the Tape to the top of the casing. a. Caution! The Tape can only be loaded one way, so if the lid does not close, the tape roll must be removed and reversed. 3. Change the Paper Roll. To load the Paper, assist the end of the Paper roll into one of the Spoke Wheel ports (via the passageway). To make sure it fits in the Spoke Wheel port, turn the Spoke Wheel a half-a-click. 4. Turn the Spoke Wheel. Before you can use the Sealer, turn the Wheel until you hear a full click (counter clockwise). The Wheel now has grip on the Paper. a. Caution! The first seal (and sometimes the second) will be lost as the tape & paper adjust their alignment, if you do not have a Paper &Tape seal by the third attempt, retrace the above steps 5. Seal on! How to wash the Sealer? The Bag Closing System can be easily cleaned by hand with a saturated wipe or water. It can also be washed in the dishwasher worry-free. Always remove the tape and the paper cores, the spoke wheel, the break and the knife holder from the Sealer. Please note: The color swatch is merely an estimation of the Refill color.
