Round raffia basket - Odette

Natural raffia basket with handles, base colored in shades of brown and burgundy red. It was hand-braided by Odette from the Rouge Beauté association. Raffia is a plant from Madagascar, the extracted fiber of which is long and strong. The raffia is dried, dyed and woven by hand by the craftswomen who create unique pieces. It takes two days to make a basket of this size. This medium-sized basket with its handles is the ideal size to place in an entrance hall, bedroom or kitchen. Height 30 cm x Diameter 30 cm.
