It also adds resistance (like weights in weightlifting) to make your workout more effective every time you do these exercises. You can use them individually or hook them together to customize your workout using the 6 different combinations. Wrapped in ultra-smooth 100% medical grade silicone, they ensure ease, comfort and safety during your workouts. Intimina recommends using a water-based lubricant like Intimina Feminine Moisturizer. Avoid using a silicone-based lubricant as it may damage the silicone in your pearls.
