The story of Oh my dip is told in two parts.
First, the starting point:
After 6 years in the Parisian offices, I decided to drop everything to live my passion.
The love of cooking was passed down to me by my father and grandmothers and is shared today in the pleasure of entertaining at my table.
…and from there, an observation:
A meal never begins without an aperitif, a symbol of sharing but synonymous with food that is too heavy, too fatty, too salty...
