The story of Into the dip is told in two stages.
First, the starting point:
After 6 years in the Parisian offices, I decided to drop everything and become a cook to live from my passion.
Cooking for me is a family affair, it was passed on to me by my father and my grandmothers and is shared today in the pleasure of entertaining at my table.
… and from there, an observation:
A meal never begins without an aperitif symbol of sharing but often synonymous with food that is too heavy, too greasy, too salty...
My bet with Into the Dip, bring greed and diversity to your aperitifs, by offering an opening on world cuisine and on eating well with the "dip".
The dip is a creamy sauce to spread, dip, share both at home and on the terrace of a café.
