J’aime Boc’oh is a cannery and an anti-waste caterer, an integration project for people who are far from employment.
Located in Cognin in Savoie, it was created in 2016 by its creator Baptise Bourdeau.
A range of jams, classic, creative and exotic. Appetizer spreads, pickles, pesto made from unsold supermarket items and producer surpluses.
Since its creation, we have collected more than 350 tonnes of fruit and vegetables locally and we have created 26 jobs, 20 of which are in integration, allowing people to find stable and sustainable employment after their work with us.
