Since its inception, Jacoliva has been known for producing top-quality virgin olive oils, always looking to protect the environment and being pioneers in the use of innovative production techniques that improve the quality of our products.

Currently, under the direction of Mr. Justino Damián Corchero Montero, the implementation of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality standards has been carried out, confirming the good work and commitment of the organization to its environment, its customers and suppliers.
In its ongoing commitment to caring for the environment, in September 2007 Jacoliva inaugurated an innovative water treatment plant for the cleaning of olives and alpechin from the oil mill. Thanks to this new purification system, the water used in the olive oil production process can be returned to the public waterway or used for irrigation.
