Mini garlic croutons - 75g

The dough for these small crispy croutons is shaped, the long loaves are baked then cut into small slices, then finely grilled. These croutons with a Mediterranean flavor of olive oil and garlic will go wonderfully with our range of artisanal soups. They are delicious accompanied by rouille, mixed with a salad or spread.
