Creamy Smoked Halibut Risotto - 370g

A risotto, cooked with some green asparagus and broad beans, with a layer of smoked halibut placed on top. This dish was created by a French chef (former collaborator of Georges Blanc). To create this traditional recipe "like at home", the chef does not use any additives or preservatives. Only fresh, high quality products were used in this recipe. This creamy and smooth Risotto, garnished with a few beans and green asparagus, goes perfectly with our delicately cold-smoked Halibut steak.
