Our green tapenade was made from green olives, packaged in a glass jar. Our recipe is based on that of a restaurant in Marseille which garnished its hard-boiled eggs with a blend of green olives, capers and anchovy fillet. Serve as an aperitif on a slice of toasted bread. Green olive, the main ingredient of our green tapenade, is rich in vitamin E, and a source of selenium and vitamin K. Product without additives.
