Today it grows in subtropical and Mediterranean regions. Light, fresh and tangy smell. GERANIUM [Pelargonium] herbaceous plant whose genus includes more than 400 species and native to South Africa. Floral, green and lemony scent. SANTAL [Santalum Album] hot wood from India, which was found mainly in Mysore. This sacred wood is used in temples in the form of incense. Warm, woody and waxy smell.
