Cod brandade, very rich in fish, as it contains 46% cod fillet. It also has the particularity of not containing fresh cream to avoid allergens as much as possible. True to our commitments: there are no additives, colorings, or other nonsense! Cooked dish for 2 people, which can be served with potatoes or a salad. No additives and no fresh cream. All our ingredients are sourced less than 250km from our workshop in Saint Jean de Luz.
