Fatty fish, source of omega 3, polyunsaturated fatty acid promoting the proper functioning of the cardiovascular system. Excellent levels of vitamins B, D, selenium and iron. Mackerel fillet, organic sunflower oil, salt and that's it! No additives, no colorings, no other nonsense! A 270g jar is equivalent to approximately 2.5 traditional cans. It can be resealed and can be stored for 2 weeks after opening in the refrigerator. -JEAN DE LUZ CANNERY IS: An organic, artisanal, and local cannery.
