We are a family-run, fully independent SME located in central France. We process certified organic dried oilseeds into natural dried fruit purees, sweet purees, spreads, almond pastes, cooking aids, as well as various dried fruit snack mixes.
Our products are available packaged in jars for retail sale and also in bulk, for sale or processing.
At JEAN HERVE, only whole oilseed fruits are cooked over a wood fire and ground on a stone mill, at low temperature, so as to respect all their nutritional qualities.
