The “La chocolade” spread is the result of a combination of hazelnut and cocoa. We use non-defatted cocoa, stronger in aroma, and less textured than defatted, thus keeping its nutritional qualities. Here a mixture of cashew nuts and rapeseed oil replaces palm oil. This product contains milk.
