Goma-sio from the sea bulk 1.5 kg

Goma-sio, from the Japanese goma (sesame) and shio (salt) is a condiment to sprinkle on food. Sesame seeds and salt are lightly roasted over a wood fire and then ground with a stone grinder. Each salt particle is then coated with sesame seed oil. This coating does not mask the flavor or the nutritional qualities of the sesame, but allows better assimilation of the salt by vegetating it. This variety from the sea has a subtle and pleasant iodized taste, thanks to the addition of Nori seaweed.
