Fruits of the cashew tree, a very widespread shrub in India, Reunion, America and Africa, cashew nuts are dried in hot air in our factory. This gentle and natural drying process develops their aroma and improves their digestibility. They are then ground using a grinding wheel at low temperature. It is very digestible and tolerated by the most fragile intestines. Directions for use: Cashew nut puree is best eaten in the kitchen, diluted with a little water. It goes very well with all kinds of raw vegetables. Recipe idea: Avocado sauce Peel an avocado, mix it with a tablespoon of mashed cashew nuts, the juice of a lemon, half a glass of water, a pinch of salt and pepper. This sauce can coat raw vegetables and replace a vinaigrette.
