Organic Spicy Chili Crunch vegan

When the pleasant spiciness of chili, ginger and Szechuan pepper meets star anise, cardamom and cinnamon and is finally rounded off by the peanut crunch and hearty, nutty bite, it can only be our organic chili crunch!  Crispy, spicy and delicious, it turns out to be a real all-rounder in a practical glass and is suitable for marinating meat, as a pesto or for seasoning various soups.  Simply adds that certain crunch to every dish!    With Szechuan pepper and chopped peanuts Pleasant, complex spiciness Made and bottled by hand * * * Ladies & Gentlemen!  Due to the complex manufacturing process, this product sometimes has longer delivery times!  End of announcement  * * * In Asia it would be traditionally eaten with pasta like a kind of pesto.  We love to marinate meat with it before it goes on the grill or in the pan.  It is also ideal as a seasoning for ramen and other soups.  A little experimentation and creativity opens all doors for the use of Chili Crunch.  Important application note: The crunch contains a high proportion of high-quality oils in which the chilies are fried.  The warm oils absorb the flavor of the spices wonderfully, which is why the oil is an important component of the final product.  It also makes the crunch easier to portion: The solid components settle to the bottom during storage because we don't use emulsifiers - these have no place in a natural food.  Just before each use, simply stir the contents of the jar well to the bottom with a clean spoon so that all the ingredients are mixed together and then add to the food as desired.  Another positive side effect: the oil also acts as a natural preservative.  This means the contents of the opened jar last longer.  Shelf life of at least 12 months from delivery.  Store dry and protected from light at room temperature.  After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume as soon as possible.
