Dark Chocolate Salty Fudge - Johnny Doodle 150g - FAIRTRADE

A dark chocolate bar that everyone, even milk chocolate eaters, will want to sink their teeth into. Soft fudge that is slightly salted, which compliments the complex chocolate aromas. The chocolate has a firm bite due to the high cocoa butter content that melts away in the mouth. The chocolate is therefore fairly solid, hard and crunchy and is therefore perfectly complemented by the chewy, soft & slightly salted fudge.   In today's world, dark chocolate and all its benefits are indispensable. There was a challenge here for our taste artist: making pure chocolate more accessible and an invitation for everyone to taste it.   The Dark Salty fudge was the solution for this, salt always works well in chocolate and at the same time it is a good counterpart for the pure bitter cocoa taste.   Johnny Doodle always has: - a delicious base of real 'Couverture' chocolate, the composition of which is determined by law in Europe. - -each bar has a minimum of 20% 'disclusions', ingredients on the bar. Some even more than 30%! - - -the mix of the extra ingredients is made in such a way that the flavors are layered, a true 'taste experience' for the taster.
