White Chocolate Creamy Pistachio - Johnny Doodle 150g - FAIRTRADE

Inspired by the creamy taste of gelato al pistacchio from Bronte Italy. Johnny Doodle's White Creamy Pistachio takes you on a quest for the layering of creamy flavors. White chocolate mixed with contrasting salty accents and combined with pistachio paste from the Bronte and pumpkin paste for an extra green pistachio dimension.   The bar is sprinkled with roasted pistachios and caramelized pumpkin seeds and a pinch of salt has also been added. Roasting the pistachios gives them less of the purple jacket color they normally have, but the taste is fuller. In combination with the crunchy pumpkin seeds, the balance between the crunchy bite and the creamy taste is perfectly balanced.
