Add ice cubes to your box for 1 minute (box closed), add your meal, then place it open in the fridge until you leave. To know... Liquid foods (because of their liquid physical state) keep their initial temperature longer: poured boiling, they will still be very hot after 2 hours, and at the right temperature after 4 hours. Unlike solid foods (because much more compact) can not be introduced boiled: they will therefore stay hot for less time.
