Our fascination for the many manual steps in the vineyard and the subsequent work of the cellar master guided us in our search for the right winery.
The warm, mild climate and the deep, healthy soil are particularly good for the Rheinhessen location and the location of our vineyards, because there our grapes ripen particularly gently and aromatically until they are harvested. We are convinced: This is a quality that you can taste.
Our winery, whose roots can be found as early as the 12th century, is located in tranquil Dittelsheim-Hessloch and is therefore part of the largest German wine-growing region of Rheinhessen. In recent years, the family-run winery has dedicated itself with great conviction to the topics of sustainability, regionality and innovation. The farm was converted to organic farming 2 years ago and is also managed using biodynamic approaches.
So it's not just the deep soil, healthy vines and many manual steps, it's above all the attitude and signature of our winery that distinguishes our young triebe wines.
