Thanks to highly innovative technology, JUST THIS turns a selection of fresh cheeses into crispy snacks or toppings, without adding preservatives and maintaining all the nutritional properties of the product itself.
Its benefits are the same as those of cheese: rich in protein, low in carbohydrates and high in calcium. They do not contain gluten or sugar. They are not fried or baked, just dehydrated.
The JUST THIS cheese range was launched with the production of EMMENTAL, CHEDDAR and SEMI-CURED in 25 g and 50 g formats, in doypack with zip closure. In 2021, Food Service-oriented formats were added to promote the use of Just This as a TOPPING for recipes such as salads, creams, among others. The range was also expanded with 2 new references: GOUDA PESTO and GOUDA CHILLI. In 2022, the 12 gr impulse format (a more on-the-go format) has been launched on the market.
The diversity of formats facilitates its distribution in any type of point of sale, from the hotel industry to modern distribution.
