This Stolwijk farmers extra mature is the winner, a cheese wonderfully creamy, endlessly smooth and with the spicy taste as a spicy farmer's cheese should be. Flavored cheese is farmer's cheese with an aftertaste. The extra matured has matured quietly under natural conditions for more than 8 months. No climate control, but ripened as a Farmer's cheese should be able to ripen. The cheese is cut to size per piece, weight per piece may vary slightly, we manually cut each piece of cheese for you and vacuum pack it individually.
