Acidity level: 0.2% Our KAÏA olive oil is produced from endemic variety olives (Chemlali) that we harvest exclusively by hand in an artisanal manner on our 5th generation family property in Tunisia. More than 50 women are present on the family property during the harvest, using know-how passed down from generation to generation. Sarah, the producer and founder of the brand, supervises the entire process: picking, grading, cold pressing, bottling and distribution. The result: an olive oil made with love and completely traceable, with subtle variations in flavor each year, reflecting its terroir.
