Extra virgin olive oil, certified organic, cold extracted and single variety. Our KAÏA olive oil is produced from endemic variety olives (Chemlali) that we harvest exclusively by hand in an artisanal manner on our fifth generation family property in Tunisia. More than 50 women are present on the family property during the harvest, using know-how passed down from generation to generation. 
Sarah, the producer and founder of the brand, supervises the entire process: picking, grading, cold pressing, bottling and distribution.
