A pastry chef from a young age, I became allergic to nuts at the age of 26. A little frustrated at no longer being able to enjoy praline-based treats, I worked on a nut-free product. After numerous trials, I managed to develop a product that allowed me to rediscover the softness and deliciousness of praline. This is where Kâliner was born, the first spread without any of the 14 major allergens, without palm oil, ORGANIC, Vegan.
I didn't just want to make a product dedicated to people with allergies, but a pleasure to share for EVERYONE, which is why I worked on a delicious recipe intended for all foodies, allergic or not!
An ORGANIC, Vegan recipe, without palm oil, concerned about our environment, that's why we chose to package it in an eco-responsible jar, 100% recyclable.
