A pastry chef since childhood, I had to rethink my way of working with chocolate the day I became allergic to nuts. Deprived of praline, but not of passion, I spent months experimenting, until I created a product as smooth and melt-in-your-mouth as praline paste… but without any of the 14 major allergens!
That's how Kâliner chocolate was born: a spread and organic, vegan chocolates, palm oil-free, 100% designed to be delicious, reassuring, and accessible to everyone—allergy-free or not.
