Our eggplant meze is prepared and cooked by our producer in the Domokos region. Eggplants are picked by hand when fully ripe. They are then roasted over an open fire, then peeled, to keep only the tender and juicy flesh. The pulp is marinated in olive oil and tea smoky, which reveals real aromatic power on the palate. Here we present the 1.8kg format. Ideal for your catering showcase for sale by weight and/or for your small preparations eg: sandwich base, bruschetta etc.
