Halloumi PDO from Cyprus 200g Kalios

Our Halloumi AOP is produced on the island of Cyprus from local sheep, goat and cow milk. Its shape, folded in two, recalls the artisanal know-how of preparing this cheese. Firm and tender at the same time, with salty and milky flavours, it holds up perfectly when cooked and is a great substitute for meat products. IT IS PREPARED GRILLED AND ENJOYED IN SALAD, PITA, BROCHETTE... YOU WILL ALSO ENJOY IT SNACKED WITH HONEY AND CRUMBLED OREGANO.
