Carnations - Cloves

Our cloves are grown in wild forest gardens according to The Kandyan Forest Garden System and are hand-picked, hand-sorted and dried to a moisture content of 9-11%. This makes the cloves really aromatic and ensures a first-class quality. Cloves can be used whole in stews such as ragout and curries and in particular they are also good in baked goods. We recommend that you always first crush and grind your spices immediately before use, if you e.g. must use them in cakes or the like. It gives the best aroma and tastiest result. 40 g
