“YELIN” LACE TEXTILE BRACELET

Handmade textile lace bracelet from the “OYA” collection. These jewels are exclusive creations developed by Karawan authentic. These jewels were born from an encounter between a Turkish tradition and the view of the designer and founder Christine DELPAL. Previously, this know-how was only domestic, used as a pastime for evenings between women at home. Karawan authentic initiated this sector by co-developing the project and the collections with artisans, in Anatolia, in Turkey. This development has made it possible to professionalize around thirty women, and to ensure them a fair and regular income today. Since 2010, these 30 women from surrounding villages have come together as a collective to provide training for young people and organize production which takes place all year round. The collections are regularly renewed.
