Minestrone of lentils and kale

A soup that happily combines flavors from here and elsewhere: this minestrone is composed of green lentils, born from the solid nature of the Lauragais soil, slowly simmered with kale, parsnip, coconut milk, coriander and turmeric for a dose of sweetness and exoticism.
