Esoteric necklace, St Peter's Cross in .925 silver

The Peter's Cross has been in use since the 3rd   In the 19th century, it was a symbol of humility after St Peter is said to have asked for a crucifixion on his head because he was not worthy enough to share Jesus' fate.   Due to the resemblance to Thor's hammer, the inverted Latin cross has also been used symbolically by those relating to the Norse legends.   Only later in the 20th century   In the 19th century, it became associated in popular culture with anti-establishment groups and used by them as a symbol of rebellion against cultural norms.  Each St. Peter's Cross is made entirely by hand from sterling silver.   They are soldered, hammered and wire wrapped to ensure strength and stability.   The standard length of the necklace is 46 cm.
