The Blossom Old Tom Gin is a floral and lovely gin with a pronounced note of citrus. In addition to the classic gin botanicals such as juniper, coriander and cinnamon, five types of flowers ensure a unique taste. After distillation, the gin gets its pink color from maceration with dried berries. This gives the gin an additional fruity note. The Blossom Old Tom Gin has a drinking strength of 42% vol. and is lightly sweetened, which is what makes an Old Tom. As it is not an artificial colourant, the color may fade after a few months. 42% vol.
