Its vitamin E concentration is also excellent for keeping the lips supple and smooth. The elements that can cause dark skin, chapped lips and cracked skin can be protected by the use of almond oil Calendula Oil is a texturizing property as well as its ability to create barriers between the skin and harsh environmental stressors makes it a valuable ingredient in products such as lip balms. We have steered clear of synthetic wax and petroleum jelly which are in many commercial lip balms and are no good for your lips. We use Candelilla Wax instead, which is also Vegan. The product is in a plastic free tin and is cruelty free.
