The Ford model T, (nicknamed T-Ford in the Netherlands and Tin Lizzie in the US) of the Ford Motor Company was built from September 27, 1908 and was one of the first cars to be mass-produced (the first mass-produced car was the Oldsmobile Curved Dash).   Due to mass production and the far-reaching simplification of the production process, with each employee performing only one action, the Tin Lizzie was the cheapest car on the market at that time.   The four-seater open tourer cost $850 at the start of series production.   By 1920 the price had dropped from $550 in 1913 and $440 in 1914 to $300.   The Ford T had become an affordable car.   In 1924, a Ford T still cost just $290.    Dimensions (l x w x h, in cm.):9x5x4.6 cm Scale: 1:40 Metal type: aluminum Age indication: From 14 years The metal building kits from Kitcreatives are a real challenge for people who like a bit of fiddling.   The metal miniatures are small and so are the parts.   The aluminum construction plates where the parts have to be cut out with cutting pliers are thin, so building requires precision and patience.   Each part has a clip or slot that you use to attach the parts to each other.   The final result is beautiful.   All miniatures, including this one, have beautiful details and are an exact copy of reality.   We recommend these packages from the age of 14, but younger experienced builders should also try it!
