KKO is a family business based in Royan, France, dedicated to the creation and sale of unique and humorous clothing, as well as the production of artwork and crafts. Inspired by pre-Columbian civilizations and rock and biker style, we have created a brand that stands out for its originality and creativity. Our prints are all made by hand in our shop, which guarantees the exclusivity of each piece.
Our brand was born from the desire to step out of the ordinary and share this passion for art and craftsmanship. With a product line that includes t-shirts, sculptures and posters, we are dedicated to bringing a touch of uniqueness to your everyday life.
Company history :
Founded by Jean-Luc HERVOCHE in 1989, KKO began as a small business selling ethnic clothing. HASAs public demand for original clothing increased, we gradually moved towards more offbeat styles. In 1995, Jean-Luc created Atelier H, dedicated to sculpture and the creation of unique art objects.
In the early 2000s, KKO got its start in clothing printing, initially with twisted advertisements, then with humorous messages. This development was largely supported by Jean-Matthieu HERVOCHE, who took over the company in the 2000s.
In 2019, we launched our third brand, Artketypes, showcasing our love for local art and crafts through illustrations of the town of Royan and its surrounding areas. What matters most to us is to favor local, French manufacturing, and to promote the craftsmanship and quality of our products.
