Mini Pancake Pan 24cm

The world's first milled Pancake pan in carbon steel, made in Anderstorp. A practical and durable 24 cm frying pan made of 100% carbon steel. The 4 mm thick bottom provides an even and energy efficient heat conduction. Our burn-in with Swedish vegetable oils gives unique frying properties and over time a very good release-light effect. You can start using this 24 cm frying pan immediately without any searing procedure. The low rim design and slightly angled inside allow you to turn your pancakes easily. Works on all heat sources including open fire and on the grill. Carbon steel products are cleaned with hot water only, detergents should not be used. Wipe the pan dry and finish by applying a thin layer of oil to the cooking surface for easy maintenance. Do not soak a carbon steel product and do not let it self-dry, as it risks rusting. A potholder is recommended as the handle can get hot.
