The coffee berries are dried in the sun and processed without additives. Aroma A refined floral bouquet of roses gradually evolves into an opulent and complex palette of different perfumes, with suggestions of honey. A gentle aroma, which is as soft and fragrant as flower petals. Flavour The attack has the slight floral tang of rosehips and hibiscus, followed by a light and well-balanced bitterness that is smooth rather than sharp, gradually melting into a more supple middle, full of complexity.
