Chambaku - Colombia

Chambakú is the new project of the Restrepo family. It is a 12-hectare farm located in Villamaría, Caldas that is part of the area that makes up the Hacienda el jardín. Very funky coffee with hints of liqueur, juicy body and pleasant acidity. It tastes like a bowl full of ripe bananas with a lingering aftertaste of cocoa powder and aroma of tropical fruits (tutti frutti).
